The Yoakum Run Homeowners Association (YRHOA) was incorporated as a non-profit corporation on June 7, 1986 to represent the interests of the property owners of the 50 lots that comprise our deed-restricted community.  

The Association is governed by Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, Protective Covenants and Restrictions, and statutes for Non-Profit Corporations and Common Interest Ownership Communities in the State of West Virginia.

Governance & Operations

The association operates on a fiscal year from July 1 through June 30.

The Board of Directors meets four times each year, and the Annual Member Meeting is held in July.

Architectural Review Committee
